Order Processing

Every order is printed and made to order. Production typically takes [2–7] business days before your gear ships. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it's on the way.

Shipping Times & Rates

United States: Delivery in roughly [3–7] business days after production. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.

International: We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number so you can follow it from our print partner to your door.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally push delivery beyond our estimates. We appreciate your patience — if something looks stuck, email [hello@elarenadvisors.com] and we'll chase it down.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within [30] days of the ship date with your order number and photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
