Returns & Exchanges

Our gear is made to order and printed just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a big-box shop — but we stand behind every piece.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order shows up flawed, misprinted, or it's not what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us at [hello@elarenadvisors.com] within [30] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.

Sizing & exchanges. Because items are produced on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's-remorse or wrong-size orders. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Non-returnable items. Stickers, final-sale, and clearance items can't be returned or exchanged.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll help open a carrier claim. We can't be responsible for packages marked delivered to a confirmed correct address, but we'll do everything we can to help.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
