Orders and shipping

How long until my order ships?

Every piece is printed to order by our print partner. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Within the US, most orders arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Weather, carrier delays and the holiday rush can stretch that, so order holiday gifts early.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Not always. Different products are printed at different facilities, so a mixed order, like a tee and a mug, can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as you can. Because everything is made to order, we can't change or cancel an order once it's in production.

Returns and refunds

My order arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong. What now?

Email hello@elarenadvisors.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and, if the parcel was damaged, a photo of the packaging. We will review it and send a replacement or issue a refund. We will tell you whether the item needs to be sent back before you ship anything.

Can I return or exchange for a different size?

Because each item is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If you're unsure about fit, message us before you order and we'll help.

Is anything non-returnable?

Stickers and decals are not returnable.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Fit and care

How do the tees fit?

Our tees use unisex sizing, which runs a little roomier than a women's fitted cut. If you're between sizes or like a relaxed fit, size up.

How should I wash my tee?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our white ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Enamel camp mugs are hand-wash only, and you shouldn't heat food or drinks directly in them.

Any tips for the stickers?

Apply them to a clean, dry, smooth surface and press out from the center to push out any air.

Who are the luchadors?

Lucha del Desierto is our cast of Sonoran desert characters in lucha masks: El Gallo, El Gila, El Monstruo, El Chuckwalla, La Lagartija, El Coyote, El Gato Montés (the bobcat) and La Liebre (the jackrabbit). New characters join the roster over time.
